On 10-11-2018 our school management committee organised annual meaning. Shortly after which, a press conference was held. Our principal Dr. Himanshu Pandey, Secretary Mrs. Abhilasha and Managing Trustee Mr. Vikas Kumar shared the following decisions taken at the meeting:
This Ganga cleaning drive by our students and teachers has strengthened their faith and respect towards cleanliness and Chhathh festival. Keeping this in mind, the committee decided that this year we shall have special arrangements for the Chhathh Devotees. We will be distributing coconuts and other essentials for the holy rituals. Also, changing rooms for ladies on the Ganga river bank will be set up.
The committee decided to organise remedial classes for all the students who could not perform well in the half yearly exams (less than 40%).
On account of Children’s day, from 14th November to 13th December 2018, children admission fare for classes from Nursery to standard III shall be organised for the session 2018-19. Children with stellar performance and their parents will be able to take advantage of this fare to get admission into the best CBSE school in Danapur Patna, Gyanodaya Gurukul.
To commemorate centenary of the famous Indian scientist Dr M.N. Saha and American Physicist Dr Richard Feynman and to develop excellence, interest and understanding of Science and Technology. It is also aimed at improving the performance of the students in the upcoming standard exams and IITJEE, NEET, KVPY, NTSE and Olympiads, etc. For the same, we have collaborated with IIT Patna, Asian Physics Olympiad Committee a 2 day theoretical and practical workshop in which best students from the premier institutes of the nation like IIT, TIFR, etc will be joining us. We will be inviting top 5 super smart students of class 9th and 11th from various prestigious schools.
